Lee
Hollingsworth

Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer
CFA Charterholder Series 7 & 63 M.S. · University of Pennsylvania

Lee graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1980 — one of the most rigorous business programs in the world. He began his career at Addison Capital Management, where he gained his foundational investment experience, before being recruited to the Frank Russell Company in Tacoma, Washington, a firm renowned for its institutional investment research and manager evaluation.

In 1984, Lee earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation — the most demanding and respected credential in investment management. That same year marked the beginning of a career defined by direct, discretionary management of client assets under a strict fiduciary standard — a standard Lee has upheld without exception ever since.

He went on to serve as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Bank South in Atlanta, before making the decision in 1989 to found his own investment firm. That decision was rooted in a simple conviction: that clients with significant wealth deserve a dedicated advisor who knows their portfolio, their family, and their goals — not just a number in a book of business. For over 35 years, that has been exactly what Lee has delivered.

Lee's commitment to service runs deep. He has been an active member of the Roswell Rotary Club for more than three decades, following in the footsteps of his father, who served as President of the West Jacksonville Rotary Club. Today, Lee serves as the District's Foundation Giving Chair and International Director, using his three-year volunteer term to champion Foundation giving across the region. Over the years, he has created and led Global Grant projects in Argentina, South Africa, Mexico, the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, and Panama.

In addition to Rotary, Lee is a Stephen Minister at Roswell United Methodist Church and a board member of Homestretch, Inc., a Roswell-based nonprofit that empowers working homeless families to achieve permanent housing and lasting stability. Lee has been married to his wife Emily for 40 years, and they have three adult children. Outside of work, he enjoys running, hot yoga, traveling, and studying history.
